Summary

Let Seniors Work Act of 2017

This bill amends title II (Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to: (1) eliminate the federal payroll tax with respect to the earnings of an individual who has attained retirement age, and (2) remove limitations on the amount of outside income that an OASDI beneficiary may earn without incurring a reduction in benefits.
