Inspector General Recommendation Transparency Act of 2017

This bill amends the Inspector General Act of 1978 to require the Council of Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency to establish and operate a public database of open Inspector General recommendations on which corrective action has not been completed within one year of issuance.
