Summary
American Liberty Restoration Act
This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to repeal the requirement for individuals to be covered by a health insurance plan that provides at least minimum essential coverage (commonly referred to as the individual mandate) and related reporting requirements regarding health insurance coverage.
