Summary

Real EPA Impact Reviews Act or the REPAIR Act

This bill requires the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), when promulgating any rule the cost of which is projected to be greater than $1 million, to include in each of the regulatory impact analyses for the proposed and final rule at least one analysis that does not include: (1) any other proposed rule; or (2) any other rule that has been finalized by the EPA, but that has not been implemented.
