Summary

Social Security Beneficiary 2nd Amendment Rights Protection Act

This bill amends titles II (Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) and XVI (Supplemental Security Income) (SSI) of the Social Security Act to specify that an OASDI or SSI benefit determination may not be considered, for purposes of restricting the possession or transfer of firearms, to be a determination that an individual has been adjudicated as a mental defective.
