Cultivating Resources, Opportunity, Prosperity, and Sustainability (CROPS) for Indian Country Act

This bill provides support to Indian tribes on matters relating to agriculture and forestry, including by establishing a demonstration project under which the Department of Agriculture (USDA) may enter into self-determination contracts with Indian tribes to plan, conduct, or administer functions, services, or activities of tribal forest protection or food distribution programs of USDA.
