Good Neighbor Authority Improvement Act

This bill amends the Agricultural Act of 2014 to permit the Department of Agriculture to carry out as forest, rangeland, and watershed restoration services under a good neighbor agreement the reconstruction, repair, or restoration of a National Forest System road that is necessary to carry out the authorized restoration services.
