Summary

Ensuring the Value of the 340B Program Act of 2018

This bill requires a hospital participating in the 340B drug discount program to include, in any Medicare cost report to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, information on: (1) the aggregate acquisition costs of the hospital for drugs acquired under the program; and (2) the aggregate revenues the hospital received from all payors for such drugs, disaggregated by insurance status.
