A BILL

To permanently authorize the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Travel Card Program.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “APEC Business Travel Cards Reauthorization Act of 2017”.

SEC. 2. Permanent authorization.

Section 2(a) of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Travel Cards Act of 2011 (8 U.S.C. 1185 note) is amended by striking “During the 7-year period ending on September 30, 2018, the Secretary” and inserting “The Secretary”.
