Summary

This bill directs the Department of Agriculture (USDA) to convey to the Utah State University Research Foundation, without consideration, approximately 80 acres of real property, including improvements, located outside of the boundaries of the Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Rich County, Utah, for use for scientific and educational purposes.

The foundation shall pay or reimburse USDA for the costs of the conveyance, including any survey costs, costs for environmental documentation, and other related administrative costs, except that USDA shall pay for the costs of any environmental remediation of the real property.
