Stopping Appealing Flavors in E-Cigarettes for Kids Act or the SAFE Kids Act

This bill amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to prohibit the use of flavored products in an electronic nicotine delivery system (e.g., e-cigarettes, e-hookah, e-cigars, vape pens, advanced refillable personal vaporizers, and electronic pipes), except for in specified circumstances.
