To include a provision on requirements for the calculation of a separate actual crop revenue and agriculture risk coverage guarantee for irrigated and nonirrigated covered commodities.

To modify conservation reserve program provisions.

To prohibit certain practices relating to certain commodity promotion programs and require greater transparency by those programs.
