Summary
Shipping and Environmental Arctic Leadership Act or the SEAL Act
This bill creates the U.S. Arctic Seaway Infrastructure Development Corporation to work with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the state of Alaska, and regional port authorities, to construct deep water port facilities within the Alaskan region necessary to manage and facilitate increased marine traffic.
