Climate Risk Disclosure Act of 2018

This bill directs the Securities and Exchange Commission to require an issuer of securities to annually disclose information regarding climate change-related risks, including information regarding an issuer's (1) direct and indirect greenhouse-gas emissions, (2) fossil fuel-related assets, and (3) strategies to address risks related to climate change.
