Making Objective Drug Evidence Revisions for New Labeling Act or the MODERN Labeling Act

This bill amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to provide the Food and Drug Administration with authority to require updates to drug labeling to reflect new information relevant to the drug and its use.
