Summary
Fuel Choice and Deregulation Act of 2018
This bill revises requirements governing the use of alternative fuels in vehicles, including to
- allow certain aftermarket conversions of motor vehicles to alternative fuel operation without certification,
- ban the Environmental Protection Agency from prohibiting or controlling biomass fuel, and
- revise the Corporate Average Fuel Economy standards with respect to fuel choice enabling vehicles.
