Delivering Outcomes for American Workers Act

This bill directs the Department of Labor to (1) establish and carry out a pay-for-performance workforce development program for eligible entities, including states and Indian tribes; and (2) issue guidance, at least annually, specifying long-term employment-related goals for projects carried out under the program.
