This bill directs the Department of Agriculture, upon a written request from the Scenic Rivers Development Alliance, to convey to it without consideration and by quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to approximately 150 acres of specified National Forest System lands in Franklin County, Mississippi.
