Summary
This bill authorizes the construction and operation of a bridge (Riverside Bridge Project) on certain property conveyed to Christian County, Missouri, by the Riverside Inn, Inc.
The county shall:
- carryout the project in a manner that ensures that no flood damage occurs, and
- be liable for any such flood damage that does occur.
No federal disaster assistance may be provided with respect to the covered property or project.
