To amend title 28, United States Code, to prohibit the exclusion of individuals from service on a Federal jury on account of sexual orientation or gender identity.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “Juror Non-Discrimination Act of 2019”.
SEC. 2. Exclusion from Federal juries on account of sexual orientation or gender identity prohibited.
Section 1862 of title 28, United States Code, is amended by inserting “(including sexual orientation and gender identity)” after “sex”.
