Federal Labor-Management Partnership Act of 2019

This bill establishes the Federal Labor-Management Partnership Council.

Among other things, the council must do the following:

  • advise the President on matters involving labor-management relations in the executive branch, and
  • support the creation of local labor-management partnership councils in the executive branch.
