Summary

Protecting Disaster Relief Funds Act

This bill prohibits transferring certain funds already made available to the Department of Homeland Security or the Department of Housing and Urban Development for disaster relief to the planning or construction of new physical barriers along the southwestern U.S. border. The bill also prohibits using national emergency provisions to transfer certain funds already made available to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
