A BILL

To establish the policy of the United States regarding the no-first-use of nuclear weapons.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Policy on no-first-use of nuclear weapons.

It is the policy of the United States to not use nuclear weapons first.
