Summary

Restoration for the Families of the Fallen Act

This bill retroactively applies a mandatory increase in coverage under Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance for members deployed to combat theaters of operation on or after November 1, 2006. Such increase shall apply for the period of the deployment, regardless of whether the member elected for less coverage or no coverage.
