National Guard and Reserves Retirement Pay Parity Act

This bill revises the eligibility of certain reserve members for retired pay. It treats service pursuant to a call to duty, in a preplanned mission, of a unit of the Selected Reserve in support of a combatant command as active duty for purposes of determining eligibility for such pay of a person under the age of 60.
