Summary
Vaccination Information and Promotion Act of 2019 or the VIP Act of 2019
This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to develop a program to improve the national rate of childhood vaccinations, including a public-awareness campaign and a grant program that supports vaccine education.
Additionally, the Government Accountability Office must study and report on changes in public attitudes toward childhood vaccinations.
