A BILL

To repeal the debt ceiling.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Repeal of debt ceiling.

Sections 3101 and 3101A of title 31, United States Code, are hereby repealed.
