Summary

Gregg Wenzel Clandestine Heroes Parity Act

This bill requires the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to pay death benefits substantially similar to those authorized for members of the Foreign Service. CIA employees and individuals affiliated with the CIA who die during an assignment in a foreign country shall qualify for such benefits.

The CIA shall pay the survivor of such a deceased individual an amount equal to one year's salary for certain senior executive branch officials, such as the Deputy Secretary of State.
