Affordable Health Care for Children with Disabilities Act

This bill establishes an enhanced Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (i.e., federal matching rate) for services provided under state Medicaid programs to individuals 18 years of age or younger who have disabilities and whose income and resources do not exceed certain thresholds, regardless of parental income and resources.
