    Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring),

    SECTION 1. Authorizing Reverend Billy Graham to lie in honor in rotunda of Capitol.

    (a) In general.—Reverend Billy Graham shall be permitted to lie in honor in the Rotunda of the Capitol from February 28, 2018, to March 1, 2018.

    (b) Implementation.—The Architect of the Capitol, under the direction and supervision of the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate, shall take the necessary steps to implement subsection (a).
