JOINT RESOLUTION

Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services relating to “Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Omnibus COVID–19 Health Care Staff Vaccination”.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services relating to “Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Omnibus COVID–19 Health Care Staff Vaccination” (86 Fed. Reg. 61555 (November 5, 2021)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.

Passed the Senate March 2, 2022.
