RETAIN Teachers Act or the Reducing Extra Teaching Authentication Impacting New Teachers Act

This bill requires the Department of Education to recommend how to create a single, electronic form whereby a teacher who makes use of specified financial assistance programs may provide certification that they have completed the requirements to benefit from such programs.
