Summary

Occupational Safety and Health Administration Inspection Integrity Act

This bill amends the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to revise requirements concerning workplace inspections conducted by the Department of Labor. Specifically, the bill prohibits an individual who is not an employee and does not represent the employees in a collective bargaining unit from serving as a representative of the employees for the purpose of accompanying a representative of Labor during an inspection.
