Summary

Forestry Renewal Act

This bill makes permanent the National Urban and Community Forestry Advisory Council. The council shall meet at least twice a year.

The bill removes the ceiling on the amount that may by transferred by the Department of Agriculture to the Reforestation Trust Fund.
