Summary

Offshoring Notification Act

This bill revises worker adjustment and retraining notification requirements to require employers to disclose whether they plan to continue to produce the goods and services that their employees were producing or providing prior to a plant closing or mass layoff. It also requires such employers to state whether production will be performed for them by employees or contractors outside the United States.
