Eyes on the Courts Act of 2020
This bill requires U.S. appellate courts to permit the photographing, recording, broadcasting, televising, or streaming of court proceedings unless the presiding judge determines that doing so would violate the due process rights of any party to the proceedings or is otherwise not in the interests of justice.
