Petfax Act of 2020
This bill generally addresses the sale of animals as pets, including by requiring certain disclosures by a seller to a purchaser, prohibiting unfair or deceptive acts with respect to the sale of an animal as a pet, and restricting the licensing of certain pet dealers.
