Bad Landlord Database Act of 2020

This bill requires the Department of Housing and Urban Development to create a public database of property owners receiving housing choice voucher assistance for low-income tenants. This database must include, among other things, information regarding any violations by the property owner of certain housing quality standards and any litigation involving the property owner and housing choice voucher assistance.
