Blocking Evasive Attempts to Manipulate Signals Act of 2020 or the BEAMS Act of 2020
This bill restricts the transfer of certain broadcast permits whereby a person may broadcast into a foreign country (e.g., Mexico or Canada) for the purpose of rebroadcasting into the United States.
