Leasing Relief for Dependents of Fallen Heroes and Injured Servicemembers Act of 2020

This bill allows an adult dependent or certain other specified representatives of a service member who was killed or catastrophically injured in military service to terminate the service member's lease of a premises or of a motor vehicle without financial penalty.
