Summary

JROTC and ROTC Enhancement Act of 2020

This bill expands the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) to include an introduction to service opportunities in military, national, and public service and implement a plan to establish and support not fewer than 6,000 units of the JROTC by September 30, 2031.

The bill also requires the Department of Defense to submit to Congress a report on the effectiveness of the Cyber Institutes and on opportunities to expand them to additional select institutions of higher learning that have a Reserve Officers' Training Corps program.
