Summary
21st Century SCRA Act
This bill specifies that a service member who is authorized under current law to terminate a lease of premises or a motor vehicle lease without incurring an early termination fee may provide notice of the termination by electronic delivery to an email address designated by the lessor or the lessor's agent.
