Summary

Developing Economic Prosperity and Linking Our Youth through Broadband Act or the DEPLOY Broadband Act

This bill provides $6.5 billion to the Federal Communications Commission for the deployment of broadband-capable infrastructure in unserved areas, and it establishes a minimum set-aside of 10% from the proceeds of certain spectrum auctions for broadband build-out in unserved or underserved areas.
