Public Health Emergency Pass-Through Payment Fairness Act of 2020
This bill allows the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to extend pass-through payments and categories for certain Medicare drugs and devices during the public health emergency relating to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019).
