To amend the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to repeal certain disclosure requirements related to coal and mine safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Repeal of coal and mine safety disclosure requirements.
(a) In general.—Section 1503 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (15 U.S.C. 78m–2) is hereby repealed.
(b) Clerical amendment.—The table of contents in section 1(b) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (12 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.) is amended by striking the item relating to section 1503.
