Summary

Vaccine And Coverage Certainty Act or the VACC Act

This bill modifies provisions under Medicare, Medicaid, and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) relating to the cost and coverage of vaccines for COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019), as well as provisions relating to Medicaid coverage of certain citizens of the Freely Associated States, the applicable Federal Medical Assistance Percentage for the Medicaid expansion population, and the health insurance premium tax credit.
