Summary
Taking Responsibility by Accounting for Corruption and Excess Act or the TRACE Act
This bill amends the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to prohibit the federal government from reimbursing an entity for an activity carried out pursuant to a contract involving assistance under such Act that prohibits the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or the Government Accountability Office from reviewing any aspect of such contract.
