Summary

This bill waives certain advance notice requirements applicable to the Four Forest Restoration Initiative Phase 2 Stewardship contract. The initiative is designed to restore fire-adapted ecosystems across four national forests in Arizona.

No later than seven days after entering into such contract the Forest Service shall submit the notices otherwise required.
