Mr. Paul introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs


A BILL

To terminate the Department of Education.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Termination of the Department of Education.

The Department of Education shall terminate on December 31, 2020.
