Summary

Public Service Transparency Act

This bill requires candidates for the office of President or Vice President, nominees for a cabinet-level position, and the current occupants of such positions to disclose their federal tax returns.

The bill authorizes the Office of Government Ethics to disclose such tax returns to the extent they are required to be made available.
